Reporting an error
If you believe a story, headline, or summary we've published contains a factual error, tell us via the Legal → Grievance form in-app, or our Contact page. Include the story link and what's wrong — the more specific, the faster we can act.
Correction vs. clarification
A correction fixes a factual error in something we published. A clarification adds context without the original being factually wrong. We label updated aggregated stories when material new information changes the coverage picture; for original reporting we published ourselves, we correct the story directly and note that it was updated.
What we don't correct
A bias classification is a statement about coverage distribution, not a factual claim about any outlet — disagreeing with a classification isn't a factual-error report. See the next section for how to dispute one instead.
Disputing a bias classification
An outlet can contest its own classification via the in-app complaints form or our Contact page. We review published criteria periodically, not on a case-by-case basis on request, so a dispute may not change the outcome immediately — but it is read.
Response time
We aim to respond to correction requests within 15 days. India users filing a formal grievance get an acknowledgement within 24 hours under our published grievance SLA.
